Thanks for considering using LNOF Design for your website needs. I cannot give a firm price, as every site is different. My prices, however, are and will be very reasonable. I charge by the job, so when I get an idea of the job’s size, I will put together an estimate, and send it to you.

As part of the agreement, I will submit your site to Google, MSN, Yahoo, Alta-Vista. I will make your site as search engine friendly as I can. (However, I cannot guarantee high results, that will come with time.)

Price will not include hosting charges, those will run $90 and up per year depending on what you need.

A down payment of 50% is required upfront when I begin work, the remainder of the balance will be due upon completion.

Below are custom features that I can provide for you. Please mention which feature(s) you would like when contacting me. If you would like a feature not listed here, please contact me, and I will see what I can do for you. Each feature will cost extra, depending on the feature. Please contact me for more details.

Site Package - This is your basic site. The site comes with navigation bars, banners, one contact form, and Google Analytics stats. This is a good place to start, and then add other features later.

Shopping Cart - Would you like to sell your products from your web site without spending a fortune on a merchant account and e-commerce software? I can set up a secure shopping cart system for a reasonable fee. Please contact me for details. The Shopping Cart comes with pages, so you do not need to get any of the other packages.

Contact Form - The Site Package comes with one form, I can set up additional forms for a small fee.

Guest Book - Would you like your visitors to be able to leave their comments about your web site? This guest book comes with an administration area where you can delete inappropriate entries or edit mistakes.

Image Rotator - Have two or more images rotating from one to the other - you provide the images.

Flash Animation - I can do certain flash animations.
Price will be decided by the project.

Site Search - I can set up a site search for you through either Google or another 3rd party search engine.

Newsletter Signup & Backend - I can set up a Newsletter signup and administration for you for a reasonable price, contact me for more details.

Ad Banners - I can set up rotating Ad Banners with up to 5 pictures.

Poll or Survey - Do you want to know what your visitors are thinking? I can set up a poll or survey with an administration so you can change the poll when you see fit.

Counter and Stats - It is always nice to know how many people are visiting your site. I can set up a Google Analytics account for you and place the code in your site.

RSS Feed display - I can set up a RSS Feed for you, please contact me for more details.

Audio / Video Clip embedding - I can embed audio or videos in your site for you.

Image or Photo Gallery - Do you want a gallery to place your photos in?  I can set one up for you..

There is also many other custom features I can set up for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact me with your needs.

I use DreamHost for all my clients web hosts, they are very affordable, and have great service. You will get a free domain when you host with them.
